About Me
I'm Abhishek, and I'm an avid gamer. I love video games, watching TV, and being creative. Ever since I was a kid, I've always been into these things, but recently, I've been able to put my ideas into motion. With the ability to let inklings of an idea flood into a fleshed out project using tools like Unity3D, Adobe Illustrator and Blender, I've created a bunch of little things that personify my creative demons.
My dream has always been to work on computer related things, such as programming and design. Ever since I was a kid, I was fascinated with computers - how they worked was an absolutely stunning concept for me. As such, I grew up with computers and learned more and more about them. My very first step into the world of the machines was learning Java; this taught me a lot of things about how computers actually function. From that moment, I knew I wanted to become a programmer.
Well, until I found video games.
Video games came to me in 2011, when a friend was playing Minecraft in my computer science class. Intrigued, I asked him what he was doing and he replied "I'm building things". But Minecraft was only the start - I soon expanded my horizons far and wide, playing all sorts of games, from hardcore RPGs like Fallout 3 and Pillars of Eternity to endless action FPSes like Bioshock Infinite and Battlefield. And ever since that moment, I knew that I would find a job making video games, no matter what.
And so my passion drove me to build my foundations in art, design and music. Since I knew how to write code, I experimented with creating games using a whole host of engines from Gamemaker Studio to Unreal Engine. Up to this day, I continue working on my own games, not to make them into fully fledged titles, but to fix those pesky bugs and issues that plagued them so that I can further pinpoint what things about video game creation I have yet to learn.
Tools of my trade:
-Adobe Illustrator
-Unity3D
-Unreal Engine 4
-Blender
-Fl Studio 11
